Last updated: August 14, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at wecare.food (the "Site"), operated by Ensaathi Partners Pvt Ltd ("WeCare", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in India with its registered office at Shreyas Arcade, 1031, First Floor, 24th Main Rd, 1st Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102.

By accessing or using the Site, submitting an enquiry, or entering into an agreement with WeCare for workplace food operations services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or engage our Services.

2. About WeCare

WeCare manages workplace food operations for enterprise clients, including requirement assessment, food operation preparedness, service delivery, issue resolution, and operational improvement. WeCare currently operates in Bengaluru.

3. Use Of The Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functioning.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, servers, or systems.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract content from the Site without our prior written consent.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.

4. Enquiries And Communications

When you submit an enquiry or contact form, you agree to provide accurate and current information. We may use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss potential Services. Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding service agreement between you and WeCare — any such agreement will be governed by a separate signed contract or service agreement.

5. Client Services

Where WeCare provides workplace food operations Services to an enterprise client, the specific scope, deliverables, pricing, service levels, and responsibilities will be set out in a separate written agreement between WeCare and the client ("Service Agreement"). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement will prevail with respect to the Services covered by it.

These Terms apply generally to use of the Site and do not replace or modify the terms of any Service Agreement.

6. Kitchen And Vendor Partnerships

Individuals or businesses applying for a kitchen or vendor partnership through the Site do so subject to WeCare's separate onboarding, compliance, and partnership terms, which will be provided during the onboarding process. Submission of an application through the Site does not guarantee acceptance as a partner.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to WeCare and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the content for personal, non-commercial reference only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable care to keep information on the Site accurate and up to date, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site or its content.

Testimonials, case studies, and evidence displayed on the Site reflect the experiences of specific clients and do not guarantee similar outcomes for all clients.

10. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, and nothing in these Terms affects the liability provisions of any separate Service Agreement.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold WeCare harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
